It’s truly heartbreaking to hear about the condition that Champ was found in. But what’s even more disturbing is the fact that someone was living in the same home, and allegedly allowing this to happen to him. Let me tell you more about Champ’s story. Champ, a 16-month-old dog, he had lost more than half of his body weight and dropped to a mere 50 pounds.
