Looking at these little bodies carrying many diseases, I was heartbroken to the point of crying

We found a box with 5 puppies in the field, no food or water
Puppies had almost no chance of survival
They all had wounds, swollen stomachs and maggots all over their bodies
We took them to the vet for treatment
A treatment regimen that worked for all dogs.
His condition had improved
