Two dogs were found by me on the side of the road, they were crying in pain

On the way to work, I accidentally saw 2 dogs whining in pain by the roadside
I didn’t know what happened to them
How could I help them?
Weakness and pain were evident in his eyes.
Vega was almost fully recovered and Dropper was still receiving treatment at the vet
Thanks to perseverance and courage to fight, Vega had already walked
