Tiny Puppy Rescued and Survived Mild Parvo Outbreak

Meet little Smallest Maya! She has lived in poor conditions where have proper food or water. Maya is only a tiny baby and about 1,5 months young. Maya was brought to the vet, tested negative for both parvo and distemper, and went into private foster care.

She looks happy, and strong and enjoys her toys a lot. She’s sweet and very playful. Suddenly, she felt weaker after just a few days in her shelter. They rushed her to the vet and what feared became reality: parvo positive.

Luckily the parvo was discovered in an early stage and Maya didn’t have blood in her stool. Bravely she goes for infusions twice a day with her amazing foster mom who never leaves her side. Maya is already feeling better and ate a little cooked chicken again.
