Abandoned puppies in the vast desert, what would happen next

I found a lot of puppies about 2 months old abandoned in the vast desert
But there were 4 dogs I suspected they were sick and need help
What happened to them if they were not found?
The 4 sisters survived but their condition was very bad.
The condition of the puppies was better than the previous days
They had become more active, the 4 sisters had a stronger will and desire to live
