Poor dog just 8 weeks old was hit in the head by a piece of rock, would he survive

We had been asked for help, there was a poor 8 week old puppy that got hit in the head by a piece of rock.
I didn’t know the extent of Ollie’s injury so I took him to the vet.
Ollie was on an infusion along with his pain medication.
I hoped to be able to bring Ollie home in the next few days.
He was feeling well, so I tried not to worry too much.
